Seton Choice ApplicationThe Indiana Choice Scholarship recently released updated requirements. Please send one of the following:
- parent's driver's license
- current utility bill
- picture of your 2025 tax return
The document you submit must have the student's correct home address listed on it. You can drop off a copy at any school office, in an envelope marked “Admissions”, or you can email a picture of it to admissions@setoncatholics.org .
