St. Carlo Acutis Canonization 9-7-25

Just like many of us, Carlo loved video games, sports & computers, but what makes him so special was his even greater love of God! If you look him up, you’ll discover he has many holy quotes like, “Not me, but God.” and “The Eucharist is my highway to Heaven.” Here are some other facts about this faith-filled, young man:

• Carlo loved to attend Mass almost every day.
• Carlo was a cheerful & friendly boy.
• Carlo loved helping friends, especially with computer problems.
• Carlo cared for the poor by sharing what food he had and even his extra clothes if people needed it. (Matthew 25:35)
• Carlo was always kind to everyone and made sure everyone was included.
• Carlo prayed the Rosary everyday. He knew Mary loved him and was always there to help him. (She loves us and wants to help us too.)
• When Carlo was diagnosed with Leukemia, he offered up his suffering just like Jesus did on the cross. He offered it for the pope, and the Church (which means, for you and for me too).

Carlo showed us that small acts of love make a BIG difference. He left us with a great example of how to live a holy life today by loving God, and sharing our different gifts with each other!
